Do you ship outside Lagos?

Yes. We ship across Nigeria and internationally. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

How long does production take after payment?

Production takes 9-11 working days from the date payment is confirmed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All BAEJ pieces are made-to-order. Exchanges are only accepted if an item is confirmed to have been damaged or incorrectly sent by Lola Baej. Items damaged after delivery, incorrect size selections, or issues arising from customer handling do not qualify for exchange or refund. All exchange requests must be made via our WhatsApp line within 3 days of receipt.

How do I care for my BAEJ piece?

Care instructions vary by garment and are listed on each product page and on the item’s label. As a general rule, hand-wash or dry-clean only for pieces with embellishments, beading, or fabric manipulation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments. Full payment is required before an order is processed, and all transactions are processed securely.

Do you offer custom sizing?
