01   ALL PIECES ARE MADE TO ORDER

All pieces are made-to-order and created according to our standard size guide. Custom measurements or design alterations attract an additional fee of ₦20,000.

02   HOW TO ORDER

Orders should be placed via our website or Instagram page. For inquiries or assistance, please reach out to us via Instagram or WhatsApp.

03   PAYMENT & SIZING

Full payment is required before orders are processed. Walk-in customers are encouraged to fit their garments in-store. For online orders, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size guide, as our measurements may differ from other brands.

04   DELIVERY

Standard delivery timeframe is 3-5 working days depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

05   EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only accepted if an item is confirmed to have been damaged or incorrectly sent by Lola Baej. Items damaged after delivery, incorrect size selections, or issues arising from customer handling will not qualify for exchange or refund. All exchange requests must be made via our WhatsApp line within 3 days of receipt.
